    Cantilever barn at Cades Cove Tennessee. The detail on the underside of the roof is quite interesting, you can see how they mounted the wooden shingles.

    This shot is more of a grain elevator or like (I think) that is the local landmark but it fits the category even though it is not a barn.

    For people who can't even hit the side of the barn, this one poses some additional challenges.

    There's a great dilapitated stone barn up the road I'd like to shoot, but the property looks a bit dodgy. Wouldn't wanna run into some kind of Deliverance\Texas Chainsaw Massacre scenario.
