Sheldon,
Really incredible...
Top notch Sheldon!
Thanks Sheldon. I needed that.
Sheldon, beautifully conceived and executed. It is a shot that I have learned something from.
It's beautiful Sheldon.
Shot these a few days ago, developed them last night and scanned this morning. I've been attempting to achieve a dreamlike, yet imperfect feeling with a lot of my shots lately. I really like how a lot of the old plate photographs are imperfect yet still utterly charming despite what they might be lacking technically by today's standards. I don't really like the super clean, perfect feel of modern photography nor do I even really care for the meticulous nature of AA. I have a vision which doesn't include perfection so my exposure, equipment, and development reflects that.
Shot on a 4x5 Calumet, 1961 Ektar 203mm 7.7 wide open, HP5, developed for 7.5 minutes in stock D76 at about 24C. Colour scan inverted gave the sepia-esque colouration. Tell me what you guys think, fairly new to LF.
