    BDT,
Your flower photos are beautiful, a real pleasure to look at them, thank you.

Saw this flowering shrub while walking the dog and I had to come back with the camera.

Kodak 2D 8x10, A.T. Thompson magic lantern Petzval, fiber paper negative.

This one works nicely with the curves of the branches following the petzval effects.

Thanks, Jim. It is a bit underexposed, but with a slow fiber paper negative and my hand as a shutter accuracy was not in the cards.

I have been experimenting with the paiting with light technique. Really fun!
All were shot with 4 different soft focus lenses. Bausch & Lomb Portrait Plastigmat, Kershaw soft focus, Cooke portrait series IIB and Pinkham Smith Visual Quality. Could you guess which lens for each image?

It's taken me forever to compose something I like with these orchids:

    Chamonix 45n-2
    4x5 Fuji Acros
    180mm Zeiss Tessar @f/16 for 1 second

Rodinal 1:25 constant agitation for 5 minutes.
