    6x12 back question

I am intrested in getting one of the Horseman 6x12 backs. My camera is a 4x5 wista and it does not have a graflock back. Can i insert the Horseman in to the springback? I am assuming since the spring back pulls fairly deep i can insert the rollback. Has anybody tried this. Also is there any other option for a rollback that can fit to a camera that does not have a graflock?

You cannot insert the roll fillm back there - it's too thick and it will strain the spring back, the gg can brake.

Damn.... I had a feeling that would be the case. Any alternatives? i know toyo makes some 6x7 and 6x9 backs that would fit in to a spring back like a normal film holder. Any lternatives for 6x12?

Why not a Calumet 6x12 roll film holder? Good enough, I've been using it the last 15 years...
