    It's "NOT A TRIPOD" Frank - it's a Monster Pod.

Not sure exactly what it is, but I know I just can't live without it. The viscoelastic morphing polymer is sure to bring my photography to a whole 'nother level...

Yeah, but it's only good for digital cameras...

Maybe, but an 8x10 version sure would be cool-looking.

Interesting. Personally, I prefer the more nature-friendly solution of using my team of trained geckos. They're great in insect-infested areas, too. Plus, they hum these cute little gecko work songs while holding the camera.

What I find most interesting is the narcissistic bent of the inventor who came up with the idea after returing from a trip and finding that he was in "only 30 of his 620 photos and thought there had to be a better way..."

Definitely need a large format version of that. 6' diameter, 300 lbs.

Yes, yes but can it get you laid like Balsamic vinegar can?

Yes, but how do I focus on the ground glass when the camera is spinning around on the hamster wheel? Another observation is that I think this thing would pick up tons of cat hair . . . yuck.
