John Davies in the NYTimes best photo books of the year

I've been a fan of John Davies' work for a long time. Glad to see his latest book was included in the NY Times best photography books of 2006.

he's also one of those who for many years preferred 6x9 as he thought it was 'sharper' to 5x4...
