Where/who are the master digtal printers?

I've never been more than an adequate B&W printer, and since mostly switching to digital capture I don't even have the equipment to make large prints.
While I know of a few great commercial B&W printers (such as M-V Labs in NYC), I wonder where one would send a digital file to have custon work done by a master printer?

Tyler Boley is one, without doubt. Amadou Diallo is another. Then there's always Nash Editions or Cone Editions, two of the old established order and the pioneers in digital B&W printing. I've had good luck with Rod Landucci at Infinite Editions myself.

These guys are, in my opinion, the best of the best.

I would definitely second the recommendation for Elevator Digital. Specifically, contact Bob Carnie. These guys are exposing with a Lamba at maximum resolution and printing on Ilford fiber papers. If you like the idea of combing your digital files with real silver prints this lab is one of the few places in the world doing it.
