Is there is good, small semi-wide angle lens, say 110-115mm, which will cover 4x5?

Fuji CM-W 105
Super Symmar XL 110
APO Symmar L 120
Fuji CM-W 125
These are all current generation lenses. There are other older lenses.
[Edit: Because I posted too quickly]
How small is small? How much coverage do you need?
Take a look at the lens comparison charts and decide for yourself.
Cheers,

The SSXL 110mm is wildly praised by everyone. I was happy with the performance of mine, though eventually I swapped it for something wider. If you don't need its massive coverage (it covers 8x10), maybe there is something a little cheaper that would be adequate.
I was sort of thinking in terms of a 120/6.8 Angulon (size, weight, cost), but a little wider.

I'd say a Fuji NW 105mm f/5.6 would be a good inexpensive solution. The pre CM-W version has a smaller filter size (46mm) and just enough coverage to shoot 4x5 (162mm IC). KEH.com has one for $310 in excellent condition.
Nikkor makes a 105mm W f/5.6 that will just barely cover 4x5, no movements at all.
The 120mm Schneider Symmar-S might also work as a less expensive alternative to the APO Symmar, 173mm coverage.
Or you could hunt for a 4 3/8" (111mm) Wide Angle Dagor, which would also have coverage for the format and much more if stopped down. Lens & Repro has one in Compur for $475.
