I would initially contact the dealer where I bought it. If they can't help they should be able to direct you to someone who can. Good luck.

I am in the US and tried their WWW site, but all I could find for a contact was a PO box. I want to talk to someone about whether they will cover a new head where the levels are WAY off. I ordered this from BH this spring, but by the time I got to use it and discoved the problem, their 14 day return period was over.
My experience with Bogen customer service on Gitzo tripods was excellent. They fixed a problem with one of mine about 95% of the way and because the problem wasn't fixed quite 100% they refunded the cost of the repair. I remember talking on the phone and communicating by email. What's the URL for the web site that only provided a PO box?
