Looking for a back-carry sling for tripod plus

Ain't it nice to be in yer 70's when it's socially acceptable to be cantankerous and pull a shotgun out of the sling and pepper somebody's butt with rock salt for asking why you're taking pictures with such an old-fashioned looking device?

Usually I just grumble "Stay off my lawn!" LOL!

I have given up on the "tie-on"/sling configurations and decided just to take a very small and light, but padded, backpack. The tripod will go in head first, in the center, with the legs at top secured to the carrying loop so that it doesn't lean to one side. We'll have room for a water bottle and snacks on either side as well as any other necessities. Balanced, simple.
