LF copy camera build plans/ideas

Hi there, I am looking for something like a Nu Arc VVE1418, they are getting harder and harder to come by and wanted to see if anyone has successfully built one. thank you!

Have not read of anyone building a copy camera on this forum. I was under the impression copy cameras were still free for hauling away.

...throwing out a copy camera after being unable to sell it for several years, so I talked them out of the lens and shutter.

I posted that and truth be told, I felt bad stripping those items off the camera, but it was going to scrap.

My location is less than 100 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, so I doubt the trip would have been worth picking up this particular camera.

You have to be vigilant and scour the usual places; Craigslist, For Sale Circulars in your local area, scrap yards and surplus equipment dealers.

Ask around; put out the word on the streets. It takes some effort...
