Hello, Im Andy, I have only just got my amazing GX617 and .. am running around finding the right tripod, ball head, fluid head, and reading and reading and reading .. there are lots of UK GX617 and G617 ... if anyone in the UK would be interested in mentoring for a fee .. I would intersted to talk.
The areas Im about to start focussing on (now that I gave bought a range of 120 film, and even a 220 KODAK EKTACHROME) .. is now its about starting with understanding the setting up the shot, focussing.... having come from the digital world.. I realise these cameras require allot of prep work, and im taking all the baby steps to keep the momentum flowing...

It would be a great if someone in the UK - who has GX617 or G617 to take me out for a photo session.. please let me know ..

There are a number of well known photographers in the UK who run workshops.

One of whom (Colin Prior) built his reputation on the Fuji GX617, so would be well aware of the foibles of that camera.
