    enjoying large format

    Hello,
After several years of playing around with a Crown Graphic, Burke and James RB, a home made field camera and a 4x5 by Manhattan Optical Co with a Wizard SR lens, I finally picked up a Tele-photo Poco D 8x10 for some serious fun, I thought I'd say hello to the group.
So far my experience has been with paper negatives and Xray film, also struggling with pouring dry plates

This form has been a good place to learn.

Welcome to the "larger format" club! Regarding the pouring of your own dry plates, if you haven't surfed around this website you might find it helpful:

    Good luck and have fun!
