i own a copy of Franciscan Church , and it is by far, the finest b/w print that i have seen to date. If you've never seen a print of his, you're missing one of the finest bodies of work out there today.

Eric,
Runs for me in Firefox but not Safari. Do you want to come over to Louisville?

Hey Bob,
Thanks, I got it to work fine here at home, but we need to plan an outing soon to go photographing somewhere. Maybe when Mt. Evans opens in a few weeks, could be good.
Hope you liked the video, I thought is was nice.
Old thread I know........
But just watched it again. And somewhere in the video Roman holds up a viewing filter. Its a metal disc with a retangular window of red glass. I'm assuming its a black and white viewing filter. What brand and where do I get one? Tiffen is the only result I get back from a web search but they make several and there are no images of them.
Thanks, and forgive my late night gearhead syndrome..................
Brad, apparently it's a Zone VI from Fred Picker.

Thanks Bill
Great video - great images!
I own a DVD of the PBS "American Experiance" video of Ansel Adams, a DVD on Paul Strand from Canada, and a video of Edward Weston. Many years ago I rented a video on Helmut Newton. Is there a reasonably comprehensive source of videos on photographers? Much more interesting to watch than the crud on commercial TV.

though once you've found one you like, it's worth looking at prices on amazon etc

Thanks Eric! I've always enjoyed Loranc's photographs and this video is like frosting on the cake!
