Which lens board for SS80XL

Hi all
I have got a Aseca Swiss F-Metric 4x5 with standard 141x141.
I am going to use a Super Symmar 80 XL.
Which lensboard to use? Flat or recessed board? How deep?

I use mine with a flat lens board on a Arca Swiss F-metric (compact-version with the 110mm front standard). I have the leather pleated bellows that compresses enough to allow reasonable movements with no issues. My opinion is the bellows and their flexibility fairly closed up should be used to dictate your lensboard choice. The pic below shows this in action with a backtilt.

Avoid a recessed lens board if you can.

They are a pain in the backside - as the shutter and aperture controls disappear in to the recessed section of the board and your fingers cannot get to them to adjust the lens.
