Too much time on my hands...

As you can probably tell from my sig, I'm a f00d photographer. I was tired of rooting through Google for URL's of my compitition, so I made a web page containing all the best food shooters in the world (give or take). Let me know what you think. Stupid idea, or what?

Cool. Does Christopher Hersheimer have a web site. i see no link on your page. Maybe I've never found a site for her because I'm spelling her name wrong. I spell lots of names wrong... but mostly if they have more than 4 letters in them.

Wow. I can't stop laughing. My face is sore. This Forum is the best place in the world. How can I tell the people I work with that at four minutes to midnight I was checking out food photos?? They're gonna think I'm a liar/sick/fetishist/weirdo. What can top this?? How can we explain to non-togs the perfection of food photos?? Thanks, Food Dude.

Great idea, but really, you DO have too much time on your hands, especially knowing you had to find all of them for their URL. But then, a lot of people will appreciate your work too. It shows there's a lot of competition these days in photography, but then we can use your page to surf for ideas and results. I would suggest adding a link on the bottom to send in new or updated Web sites (people often go there for e-mail addresses). Good work, Scott.

You've started something now. Just happens that I was recently looking at http://www.alisonprice.co.uk/ which contains some great food photos, some of which are by a guy called Tim Winter (UK).

The images are visually attractive, but I was really hoping for a scratch-n-sniff option. Or, maybe not, considering some of the food may not be "real".

Nice job on the list, too.
