Try Graham at graflexparts.com
Frank at cameradoctornyc.com. It’s in New York so the state of lockdown may have an effect. I’d suggest emailing or calling first.
Somebody has to say this
When it comes to tiny format, it may be cheaper to buy another in better condition
4X5 Speeds are in demand, but not the smaller ones

Speed graphics are very simple mechanically, and were designed to be fixable on the battlefield. There's a lot of DIY info online.
Most of the ones I've come across just need a few drops of sewing machine oil.

I just put my money where my mouth is
KEH has some odd deals 'UGLY' is one. I paid for this rated 'ugly non working' moments ago, a gamble on the best looking Mini Speed I have seen. Visually it is missing only the GG, I have one.
No rust bumps under the leather, no tripod marks, sure LOOKS good
I only worry if the rails are bent, a lot are. But KEH has Free Shipping both ways and full refund. Never used that feature yet

Sad news
The nearly perfect Baby Speed arrived in less than 48 hours damaged in shipping...from poor packing at KEH
There was plenty of bubble wrap, but not where it was needed, box looked fine
The FocuSpot was knocked off and the very heavy duty stainless steel flash handle mount is bent, definetly not in the FS pics
I could fix those parts, BUT it won't open and I know these dern things pretty well, something is jamming it, the button is working it clicks both on and off
The rear shutter works fine, it DOES have the GG, the rear lens looks fine as do the folded bellows
IDK
I am going to make a pic and sleep on it tonight
