I just purchased a used schneider 100/5.6 enlarger lens. the mount is a screw mount. i'm using a beseler 45M enlarger. Where can I get one of these kind of lensboards? Thanks

What size hole do you need? B&H etc will have new ones. Ebay might get you a used one if you have time. Maybe Mpex has a used one?
Masonite works if you're on a budget. I've even seen people use cardboard, altho I don't recommend it.

The lens boards on my Beseler 45 are aluminium with a clearance hole for the 39mm (or 25mm) diameter thread. The lens is fixed in place with a locking ring.
Schneider made some 100mm enlarger lenses with "odd" threads, chances are yours could be 40.5mm. Lensboards for that thread can be very difficult to find.
