Attaching new bellows to Toyo 45D

I recently bought they bellows sold on ebay by ecbuyonline2008 for my Toyo 45D. I'd just like to confirm that I'm setting about installing them correctly.

In the photo below, I have the frame that was on the original bellows positioned so that on the top and bottom edges it sits beneath 1 fold, and on the two side edges it sits beneath two folds (the photo shows one of the side edges). Is this correct? I'd also like to ask - are there are any standard ways to pierce holes in the bellows for the screws so as to prevent tearing? Sorry if these are stupid questions. Thanks.
