Sources for "Unique" filter step-up rings, specifically 102mm to 105mm?

Recently acquired a Xenar 36cm f/4.5 in barrel. The filter thread size is 102mm with 1 mm thread pitch. Started looking for a 102 to 105 step-up ring so that I could use it with standard size filters. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a 102 to 105 step-up ring.

Do you know where I might be able to find one?
