    Bogen/Manfrotto 3055 ball head

    Hello,

I use the Bogen/Manfrotto 3055 ball head on my Bogen 3236 tripod for many years and it serve me well. The bottom lever is for horizontal axis movement and the top lever is for the vertical axis movement. Recently I notice that the top lever requires extra effort to tighten otherwise the ball will move a bit sort of creeping slowly. Is there any way to fix this...? If not could you please recommend me another ball head similar in duty..? image can be seen at :

    thank you advance.

    Bogen/Manfrotto 3055 ball head

    Dan,
Whenever I have had a Bogen tripod that needed help, I just called Bogen directly.

    Phone: 201-818-9500 and 212-695-8166
    Fax: 201-818-9177

These are directly from their website. I just ask for parts department. They are incredibly helpful folks.

    Good luck.
