    Extension back for Toyo AII

Do you already have this lens, or do you plan on getting one? Is it a telephoto or normal?

I have a convertible 215mm/360mm lens. At the 360mm focal length, it focuses at infinity with about 240mm of bellows draw, so I can use it on the 45A (Identical to the AII except for the color of the knobs.). Of course, when you start using lens tilt and swing, things get funky with a telephoto since the nodal point is out in front of the lens.

I don't have the back, but I understand it is fixed - basically just makes the camera longer. The extent of the movements are the same, except that, because the back hangs behind the tilt axis, tilting and swinging the back is also going to result is some shift.

You might also want to post your question on the toyo web site forum.
