Where to have shutters serviced in Europe?

I understand you perfectly. But inside europe there are no customs, no fees, no paperwork for temporary export (except alcohol, smoking stuff, perfume and coffee). I can't understand why there isn't a european copal service center. Or why it is so hard to find.

Any camera repair person can service your shutter. It is very basic for a repair company.
