Bessler 45 MXD enlarger

Can't seem to find info on Bessler 45 Mxd(dichroic ) enlarger. A friend has one to sell, I'm thinking I may move up from my 45mcrx. I do B&W only. Any info appreciated. Leagh

I have a MX model though not the dicroic. You should be aware that the filters in a dicroic fade and that bulbs need special ordering sometimes. There may be different mixing champers for each format.

If all the parts are there do a eBay check of what they are selling for and strike your deal. It will be good for both parties not to have to do any shipping. Mine is built like a tank, rode 800 miles on a truck (I bought it from a university I was leaving) sustained no alignment problems. There are better enlalrgers out there but the MX is a good one. I think price is your main concern in this transaction. Don't either one of you loose a friend over a manufactured product.
