This of course is only a suggestion... "Nothing More and Nothing Less".

When arranging 'Still Life' Subjects... Try using an 'Odd' Number of Objects.
Thus in your instance, you could perhaps use 3 Gourds -- Instead of using only 2.
This helps your Image from remaining too 'Static' and also creates a nice sense of 'Harmony and Flow'...
Within the Image.
