    Pelicase 1510 Alternative?

    Hey all,

someone recently mentioned an interesting looking (and more affordable) alternative to the Pelicase 1510, but for god's sake I cannot remember the brand nor find the topic where it was posted. So, hoping to come across the brand again, I was wondering if you happen to know any carry-on cases similar to the Pelicase 1510? Just looking for something to carry my Toyo VX125 + a few lenses and accessories.

    Thanks in advance!

    Maybe this:

(I admit I didn't do a spec comparison of the 53F to the 1510 before pasting that link in, but I do have a Vanguard case for my Hasselblad kit that I like very well).

I just received a couple of the new 1535 Air cases from B&H and am configuring dividers now. Definitely NOT less expensive but less weight is awesome!

I have used Pelican for years, but never with wheels. I always used a luggage dolly with larger wheels.

    I am considering a 1615 Air Case.

How do you like the wheels?

I won't be using mine in airports, but mostly on sidewalk.

Now that I've got the new air cases configured, I'd be happy to let my 1510 and similar Storm case go at a decent rate. Traveling to San Diego for a shoot today, but PM me if interested.

I want to buy a 1615 too and I messed up...there was a used but like new one on Amazon for $150.00...I should have snatched it up.
I'm hoping for this to happen again this year: http://www.largeformatphotography.in...hlight=pelican

Seahorse cases are also made in the USA.

    Seahorse? Nanuk?
I like the 1510 very much, but those wheels are terrible.
Looks like the 1535 kept the same wheels as the 1510.
I'd settle for a 1510 with a re-designed wheel hub and rollerblade wheels.
