    Congratulations, nice camera.
I've made the mistake before, in my excitement, of ordering replacement parts like a GG or bellows, before receiving the camera.
eBay is a good source for both, and I can recommend Rudy for good, economical, replacement bellows (ecbuyonline).
I recently picked up two 4x5 GGs for my Toyo at a good price from this seller: http://www.ebay.com/itm/231891874547...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
He may offer 8x10 glass as well.

I routed the damaged wood and glued in new wood.

I think that I had noticed that earlier, and think that you did a great job ic racer

although I think that mine arrived in better shape than yours, I really won't know until it's all pulled apart and inspected.

I am looking at it now, and wondering how to stick a packard shutter in like in the link Steve posted.

I got the film holders already, will probably order some x-ray film tomorrow, and will hopefully be buying a lens from Ari soon. Life is good.

Please measure the ground glass you need. I might have one ready made from Kodak that I got in a lot. It is yours for the shipping $.

I tried cleaning it with Murphy Oil Soap and Brasso brass polish.

It's cleaning up better than I could have imagined.

I know that it isn't perfect, but I am happy with the results and don't think that I'll have to do a full restoration.

I have found a little more cracked wood, but nothing all that bad to fix or replace.

The bellows is full of pinholes. So I will probably just replace it before using it.
