    Kodak Century 7A - 10A back interchangeability?

Will a back from a Century (Folmer Graflex) fit a Kodak Century 7A? The locking mechanisms look alike.

The 10a became a replacement for the 7a when these were discontinued. It will probably fit. Be aware that during this period there was considerable change in the formats used by studio photographers and many made custom changes (Not professional!) to the simple backs or sliding backs. Note that the locking catch on the top in the middle needs to checked for a secure grip otherwise you will loose a ground glass back (own experience, unfortunately!.
