I would like to put together my first LF camera and was wondering other than eBay, ffordes & keh, where everyone gets their gear from online?

www.igorcamera.com. I've purchased several items from Igor's Camera Exchange without problem.

Another that's definitely worth trying here in Portland is Blue Moon Camera and Machine. They don't have quite the selection, but they're excellent and handle some LF gear. See www.bluemooncamera.com.

Thanks Neil. I will check out both. I forgot to mention, delivery to Switzerland is a must, although if love to visit Portland again. I had an awesome time when my wife and I stayed in Oregon for a week back in 2013.

I can highly recommend buying from people on this forum and also APUG, meanwhile read the posts here about getting started with LF.

Don't forget Sinar also, it's Made in Switzerland and probably available in good shape around you, so, no importing taxes neither expensive freight etc, and last but not least, the possibility to check the camera "in-loco",
