    Thank you for the kind comments. I finally built an 8x10 holder for my scanner, and that made these blasts from the past photos uploadable. I don't have too many more 8x10 negatives, alas.

    Thanks, Peter. I honestly don't think that this particular type (Kodak CSG) is true ortho, because i never seen it behave like collodion (which for me is true ortho- behavior). I keep seeing results that are freakishly close to TMax , in all the respects. Only thing i keep finding out is that every time i try to shorten development from my usual 12 minutes i get a bit iffy results in shadows. TMax for same dilution of R09 has was shorter development.

    Really nice portrait, Tom, do you remember what f-stop and exposure time did you set on the Pentac?
