Can anyone tell me the best book around to learn scanning negatives?

I'm rather fond of Wayne Fulton's "A few scanning tips." You can order it online from www.scantips.com
The only book that I have ever found useful for scanning technique is "Real World Scanning and Halftones" from Peachpit Press.
What scanner and software are you using. If you are using Silverfast, there is a descent book available from their website.
Otherwise their is good info from the e book Precision Digital Negative

But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep"
I second Kirks' suggestion of Precision Digital Negatives by Mark Nelson. Some good information and tips on scanning and if you were ever considering doing digital negatives then you might want to give his system a try.
