    fresnel/tilting?

    hi,

Am i better off using a bosscreen instead of a fresnel with a wide angle lens if i'm going to do a lot of tilting?

Is there a disadvantage to using the fresnel with movements (just tilting)?

    fresnel/tilting?

Um, lots of tilting and wide angle lenses don't really go together, since the amount of tilt required for WA lenses is usually very small. However, if you mean that you'll be doing tilting 'often' :-) then I think a boss screen would be better than a fresnel. I know with my fresnel the grooves in the fresnel can be quite visible when inspecting the corners, even when focusing the loupe on the film plane.

i may shoot 6 x 9, and use more tilt than usual. would I be better off with the boss screen in this case?
