One day he may look back and wonder what happened to all the hair. At least he will have this photograph.
Nice shot!

No scanner at the moment. I happen to take a quick shot of a print on my bulletin board with my phone camera. It lost the sharpness in the eyes and I'm almost embarrassed to post but what the heck
Scratched cheek, 4x5 Speed Graphic w/9 inch projection lens. Print on Adox Variotone.

"True Innocence is 14"
13x18 wetplate with Zelda whom parents offered me a bunch of clear glass, so I had to thank them!
Nede: Beautiful girl and picture, especially since I love bicycles (and as I write this, as a Frenchman you are well aware that we are in the middle of Le Tour!). The selective focus, and the wet plate, work perfectly.
When I was 16 my hair was the longest. It was down to my shoulders in the back. I had it parted in the middle and my bangs were past my chin. The only photograph I had of my hair that long was my driver's license. I don't know what happened to it but I wish I still had it to show my daughter that her dad used to look like a hippie!
Beautiful work as always Tom and Nede. Both images are very different from the typical portrait.
Tom, the image makes me think of a Human Lion because of the extra hair and dead straight stare.
