Anybody know where to get a KMV to Linhoff lens board adapter?

You'll have to make one or have one made by Grimes, as Kevin suggests.
I used 6x6 aluminum and stuck velcro strips along the edges of the back side of the aluminum board to make my own KMV lens boards.
You can buy a smaller Sinar-to-Technika adapter off eBay, and bolt it to your home-made KMV lens board.
It's not pretty, but it works, and it's an option if you're on a tight budget.
