I am still amazed at some replies that say he is 'haphazard' or 'slow' or 'experiencing confusion during the move'. Look people, he has NEVER returned my calls or emails for six weeks. I called there five times just today. Three times there was no answer, and then twice I left messages asking him to call me back and that I would be nice to him if he did! Just because you like his products, or are the kind of people who simply like everybody even if they're stepping all over you, doesn't mean that this type of customer behavoir is acceptable. I'm talking about a blatant decision to completely ignore people who have already given him money. Exactly what part of this don't you understand??? Have you ever heard of mail order fraud? Or do you just like everybody on the planet? If you read this thread you'll remember that I run a business, too. If I treated customers in my industry like this, I'd be history in a friggin second.
