Got a new lens to try for softness, a Voigtlander Prominent with a Nokton 50/1.5. I'm liking it.

A soft lens for cactus spines! I love it!
Are the prickly pear blooms in different colors on the same plant? I've seen color variations close to each other but not on the same plant yet. But, I'm new to TX.
Yes, they change as the blooms develop. And the blooms on each hand start at slightly different times, about 2-5 days apart.

A local photographer has been giving me some of his film gear as he's not using it much any more (much of it not at all in the last 20-30). Today I received some portra160 in 120 size and I've got a TLR from him...maybe I should go hunting cactus flowers. He also gave me some Ilford Chromogenic B.W. film. I'd kind of thought to start with that, but then the cactus season will be over. Choices!
What film did you shoot these with?

I'd forgotten about this one. Testing the push on Zeiss "Portrait" filter on the Super Ikonta 532/16.
