    Exa Andrew Tessar 2.8 by rrunnertexas, on Flickr

    First roll of film in my "new" Exa 35mm camera with Tessar lens at f/2.8. Kodak Tri-X in Rodinal - a bit more film grain than I expected. Maybe the Rodinal?

    I suspect the grain is from the Rodinal. If you try Kodak's TMAX and Xtol, or Ilford's DDX developers, I think you'll see a decrease in visible grain, if all other things are kept constant.
