Roger is a well-known violist, and a very expressive person, so I had a good model. I shoot a lot of musicians, and they're easy models because they know how to look good and don't mind being the center of attention. In front of a camera they easily click into performing mode.
No reason to change now, all your portraits look very good.

It's a terrific photo! Don't worry about "breaking out". Just do what appeals to you.

    Hetocy,

That first one in particular is very fine.

Bored with the movie the wife picked out, so, I converted one of my earliest digital captures, from about 2006 or so, shot with the Olympus UZI. Over edited for sure, but I like to think I've gotten better over the last 9 or so years.
