Pali,
Scary... and beauty! That's a sort of garden, isn't it? I can't believe you find this sort of thing "by chance",
Cheers,
Renato

Renato, you are spot on! It's a garden at the resort we stayed in. If you look carefully, you'll notice the golf course behind the cactus to the right. The natural desert is even more beautiful and I hope to share those images soon as well. I was lucky to get a few cactus flower blooms as well. We were in the Sonoran desert at the Scottsdale and Carefree border. My wife and I are already missing AZ even after having a rattlesnake scare.

That's it, AZ is wonderful,

Exactly! I am flooding the thread with my vacation pics and I hope I am not boring anyone. Here is another one fresh off the scanner.

Posting this one slightly bigger because there is really nice pop of color in the flowers in this one. See it even bigger on Flickr to get more clarity on the purple tiny flowers.

Good stuff Pali. Like the soft pastel colors.
Here's a little experiment. Shot today at one of our favorite hiking spots, as we say goodbye to Valdosta very soon. Shot on very old and expired Fuji 160S:
Untitled - San Francisco.
This is a long exposure, ~ 30 seconds, on Fuji Reala taken with a Pentax 67II camera with 75mm lens in a very dimly lit Greek Orthodox church in San Francisco. 8x10 RA-4 print on Fuji CA.
