Site Running Slowly?

Has anyone else been experiencing very slow loading times since yesterday, or is it just me?
At night, things were faster, but this morning it took me over 60 seconds just to get to this page.
Maybe we're due for another blackout.

I believe the sluggishness of the system may be due to the system backup now extending into the early morning hours due to the size of the database.

That makes sense. When do you run your backups? I'll stay off the site at those times.

It lasted all day for me so I don't think it was just the backup.
