Quick question for ATL-1000 users

The upper knob of the ATL 1000 is used to modify the black and white process times in intervals of 5% from -20% to 20%–does anyone know if these settings have the ability to modify the color processes as well? If so, do they affect the duration of all the baths? I'm looking into the possibility of getting a (or coding my own?) modded EPROM chip so I can do +2 C41 and +2 3-bath E6, but this would be a much easier solution.

The percentage increase or decrease applies to whatever program is selected, including the color processes.
