I have a solo 50 print exhibition in Pl/Pd at the Ashdown Gallery, Ashdown Forest Centre, Wych Cross, Forest Row, RH18 5JP
Entitled 'Weald' its an exhibition concentrating on this area of ancient woodland that has been inhabited from Neolithic times, invaded by the Romans, a playground for King Henry VIII, cut down to provide wood for the ships fighting the Spanish Armada, site of the first blast furnace and part of the industrial revolution, and more recently been home to Winnie the Pooh and now under threat from fracking.
Private View is Nov 8th 2-4pm, anyone local would be very welcome. The exhibition itself runs to April 2015.
