It's an HTML5 mobile viewer. You can test viewing a zine on your Android Reader device here: http://blog.joomag.com/2012/09/25/ht...ewer/#more-551 There may be icons at the top for downloading. I use iOS, so I'm not familiar with the Android Reader.
