But apparently there is no longer and official distributor or service centre in Canada according to Kenji Sakai who now makes Toyo
They suggested either Toyo USA or sending it to them in Japan - both of which are a bit of a pita

Why not try contacting them from the website?
I've been looking for some place for service -- Do you recomend Brighouse. They are fairly close (Richmond only seems about 200 miles from Burnaby... but I get lost -- no mountains to find North!)

I've tracked down the guy who used to service Toyo's in Daymens service department (who has serviced my toyo stuff in the past) - he's in Toronto and is running his own service business from his home now. I'm just waiting for more details.
