Help me with my Scanmate 5000!!!

Hello everyone, I hope that some kind soul come to help me.

I have a Scanmate 5000, yesterday evening puff, crack, patatrack ... the scanner works but the lamps don't go,

Check if the lamps are burned, but are perfect ...

Check the voltage...no current to the lamps

I disconnect the cable from the supply to the lamps so that I connect an external one...

The lamps turn on, but....in a preview and in scanned file, diagonal lines appear as if there was something else wrong...can be photomultiplier??
