Stehei, what are you trying to get different? Not specific to that lens, but I mention what I'd do. There seems to be no real plane of focus on her body, just to the top 2/3 of her head. Get the camera standards vertical and zero out the movements and not mess with that unless you have everything else under control. I'd want to show curves and texture of her more, but that's an aesthetic choice - yours really stands out unique. Get Mortensen's "pictorial lighting" book and employ his "basic lighting" to give more shape and shading to the skin showing. If the woman doesn't pose much, you might warm her up with a DSLR too before shooting some film. Her choice of black clothing either means she actually like black or is insecure about her body (like many women wear black leggings to show less of their shape). It might be easier to have subtle contrast if she's wearing a gray.

I think this is really good Ramiro. So much undiluted, honest, personality! And besides that, the lighting, the pose, everything just plain works, and helps to keep focus on that amazing face.

(Sorry, couldn't resist. Great discussion about this series here (http://www.largeformatphotography.in...in-Vanity-Fair) though.)
Lol. That's funny Tim. I think Scarlett is going to haunt the forum for awhile.

Actually, you know what just struck me about those pictures (especially that one)? They're school yearbook photos!

Ramiro, let me chime in a bit late to say I think the portrait of Laia is really great and a demonstration that LF is worth the extra effort.
