Wollensak Vitax -- wide open on #5 diffusion.
It's been said (and I agree) that if one is willing to sacrifice razor sharpness, then, on #5 you can get a huge depth of field. I really never believed that until this shot.

Some color photos taken with a monochrome large format digital camera. This is three separate images taken through red, green and blue color filters combined together. I didn't color correct the images fully so they mostly have too much red.

WOW... so real !
Really impressive Bill!
When we were talking about your camera, I was wondering about a tri-color process. I see it works well! Do you just need to adjust the exposure on the red filter to tweak it?
Certainly impressive! I'm still trying to understand why the "larger than 8x10" non standard proportions were chosen instead of choosing a standard size, not sure I understand the logic.
Amazing image though, thanks for sharing, glad it's going well.
Thanks. I took another photo in the same setup with a color chart. I just used a white balance, which still leaves too much red. I also used the Adobe DNG profile editor to get more accurate colors but I'm still working at applying it in Lightroom, so these images are not with the profile applied.

Exactly 8x10 would be nice. Though if it was 8x10 the electronics would not fit into an 8x10 film back. Because of the availability of parts it is easier to make it a bit bigger than 8x10. I find that most lenses for 8x10 cover the sensor well.
