A couple from New Year's Day.
I've been trying the kitchen as studio lately, but I'm not crazy about the quality of the light, or the modelling it gives.
Thankfully, I have great subjects.

This is my nephew, on a visit from Toronto.
It took forever to keep him still, not to mention lots of browbeating on my part, and he looks quite unhappy about it all.
