    The clam digger stays close to shore as when the tide turns it comes in incredibly quickly; the tides here in the Minas Basin are the highest in the world, 45-55 feet.

    I'm not much of a one for chowder. I'd rather make a cotriade if I have all sorts of fish and seafood.
