Thanks to the moderators for letting us multi format users come up out of the basement.

I like that one too Andrew. Excellent!

Thanks, guys! I made that one on the back of a sheet of very expired Ilford MG fixed out fibre based photo paper.

I love the second one, Austin. Sweet (marshmallow) tones!

Thanks for the kind thought, Marty.

Yes, the San Juans are full of opportunities: Anasazi ruins, ghost towns, mine ruins, trees, rocks, flowers, etc. However, I don't hike very far from the car any more.

The "marshmallows" are a great illustration of how/why the hexagonal columns form in basalt!

I eyeball those marshmallows every day driving through rural farmland, but haven't found the ideal light yet. Good work there!

Seaweed and rocks at the shore of an island in Penobscot Bay. Rolleiflex Automat Tessar, yellow filter, tmax 400 in pyrocat hd. I've kinda figured out how to photograph rocks in any light though.

    Mt. Watkins, Yosemite National Park

I shot this a few years back on Fuji Reala film with a 75mm lens on a P67II. Printed as a 11x14 RA-4 print with a Jobo CPA-2 on Fuji CA and mounted at 16x20.
